Emerson For The Young Buck

I learned a lot of things during the time i read "Self Reliance", but what really intrigued me was Emerson's point about being a man. We gotta go with our gut, we gotta go with the things that feel good to us. We people always imitate other people because we do not want to be different. That's what Emerson is trying to say, we gotta go with things that we believe in. We must entitled to our own opinion. And for a 10 year old could understand this if we talked to them in there own language. Meaning using there slang of words so a 10 year old could understand. Therefore, a  10 year old could understand this essay.
