Coherent: logical and consistent

Belabor: argue or elaborate

Eschew: deliberately avoid using

Acquisitive: interested in acquiring money or material things

Emulate: match or surpass

Banal: lacking in originality

Excoriation: to strip off or remove

Congeal:  to change from a soft or fluid state to a rigid or solid state, as by cooling or freezing: 

Carping: difficult to please

Substantiate: to provide evidence to support or prove the truth

Temporize: avoid to making a decision or committing oneself in order to gain time

Largesse: generosity on bestowing money or gifts upon others

Tenable: able to be maintained or defend by an attack

Insatiable: impossible to satisfy
