Its been a long time.....

It's been a long time since I last posted. I haven't posted in a couple of months now, I kind of forgot all about the blog. But I will try to get back to it if I can. Recently I found a youtube documentary about Weight Cutting. For the people that don't know what weight cutting is, its a process of dehydration that has the ability to lose weight in dramatic fashion. Not a lot of people know about weight cutting because its behind closed door, and not spoken of. The process is usually spent on MMA fighters. For example; let's say an MMA fighter is in a weight class at 145lbs. And the original weight they weigh without exercise is 170lbs. They have to lose weight by training for months. Now, let's say that MMA fighter has trained 6 months and lost 15lbs of his original weight. So, that person is at 155lbs.

They're done with their training and are sitting at 155lbs, and have to make weight at 145lbs. And there is a deadline they have to meet to do an official weigh-in for their fighting company, to see if they made weight or not. Now, that person who weighs 155lbs had not met the weight. And the weigh-in is TOMORROW (15 hours from now). They ran out of time and have to lose the weight fast. Now they have to go to a mental and physical state of dehydration. No water consumption at all for a whole day. They have to lose all their water weight in ONE day. All that water lost, is weight lost. It's a very dangerous method to go with and a health/fatal risk. This documentary displays the dangers and effects Weight Cutting can do to someone's body.
