Accepting Defeat

Anytime anyone loses, its not a pleasant thing to have. We often feel emotional, feeling the other opponents happiness of winning. But, feeling all the anger, sadness, and misunderstandings  are helping you analyze, reflect on what you did. So you don't have to repeat the process again. Helps you build strategies  to make.
